For these applications, SITA uses high-quality systems.
The chamber is permanently made of 316L stainless steel with a steel roughness grade of less than 0.6, or even as low as 0.4, with clamp or din sanitary connections.
The control panels can be made of either 304 or 316L stainless steel and can be seamlessly integrated into the treatment process thanks to their PLC.
The UV systems for these applications are sized for each individual project. The request may be for simple disinfection, chlorine reduction, or ozone destruction.
